The limitations on size, however, narrows down the type of customers who use this kind of pallet. This is because you cannot have plastic pallets as a uniformed product across the board if you need customisation.

Sizes

The available standard sizes you will find are:

  • 1100 x 1100
  • 1200 x 1000
  • 1200 x 800
  • 1165 x 1165

The main appeal of a Plastic Pallet is that, when handled correctly, it can last up to 10 years! Some styles are UV-resistant, giving full protection outdoors.

If hygiene and cleanliness is important to you, then you’ve probably been using plastic pallets for years already as you have the ability to wash and sanitise them with ease. There really is no comparison with core requirements like this.

Types

Export Pallets are lightweight for airfreight, the perfect size for shipping containers, and have the static weight rating of 3000kg. Rackable Pallets, on the other hand, give you a flexible storage option and have a Rack Rating of 1000kg-1500kg.
