UBEECO was founded in 1970 by small family business in Western Sydney.
In 2016, UBEECO was acquired by UFP and the Erskine Park location serves as the National Head Office & Operations and Manufacturing Unit.
The UBEECO Group is a proud part of the UFP Industries Inc. family of companies.
- 1970 – United Box Company launched by Joe Borg, Bill Borg & Charlie Azapardi - Located Clarke Street Guildford
- 1973 – Tony Borg joined the business
- 1976 – Our First onsite job Meggit Ltd
- 1980 – Relocated to 71 Long Street Smithfield
- 1986 – Acquired Apex Box
- 1997 – Name change to UBEECO Packaging Solutions
- 1998 – One Stop Shop - Adding Packaging | Design rights for QIKPAK™ | Introduction of Preservation wrapping for onsite jobs
